HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

This Ministry has operated on a love offering basis for over 20 plus years now. It is because of generous loving people like you who want to be a part of what God is doing through Joe's music that He is able to keep traveling. There is no specific financial requirement to host the ministry. Because we are asked so often, Yes there is a ministry budget goal for each service based on distance, fuel and time. The ministry does need to cover all the usual cost such as fuel, vehicle and trailer maintenance, insurance, meals, sound equipment, product inventory, storage, studio recording, communications, promotions, etc. On a typical Sunday morning or evening it is safe to assume our cost is about $350 to operate. The Ministry ask that you seek out God's will and provide them with nothing more or less than what you feel God is prompting you to do. 
 

If you are inviting Joe Overfelt to play and it is a profit event and there are ticket sales there is a $500 min. along with 5% of the ticket sales. If traveling to your event calls for the need of a hotel room the ministry will ask that you take care of those expenses before the week of the event. Hotel information can then be sent over to our office so that Joe may plan accordingly .

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL? 

Typically Joe will try to stay within a 200 mile radius on a Sunday morning or evening. However each situation is different. If you are intrested in booking Joe for an event please go to the contact page and fill out a form and someone will get back to you shortly. 

HOW LONG WILL YOU SING? 

In a concert setting Joe will sing anywhere from fourty five minutes to an hour. This of corse will depend on the type of service you are booking Joe for. Joe gets so many request to come and sing it is not possible to fill them all. 

DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN SOUND SYSTEM?

Yes.... The Ministry does have its own sound and video system. There won't be anything that you need to provide the day of the concert unless you are told otherwise. Feel free to clear off your stage or platform removing anything that you wont be using that day. If you are hosting a ticketed event we will be in contact with you about what you will need to provide and what the Ministry will provide.

DO YOU HAVE PRODUCT FOR SALE?

The Ministry does have a resource table that it would like to be able to set up if possible. On this table is information about the ministry as well as Audio Cd's that are available for a donation to the ministry. Joe does not sale anything at the Ministry events, yet makes all of his products available to everyone with or without any financial obligation!
